π 2025 Year-End Highlights
In 2025, Provision Surgical Achieved a Key FDA Milestone.
After submitting our FDA Pre-Submission in May, we held a successful Q-Submission meeting with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration in August. This resulted in a fully validated, FDA-aligned verification and validation test plan addressing system accuracy, reliability, and safety. The team is now executing testing under the approved protocol and preparing our 510(k) submission.
This milestone marks a critical step in our regulatory progress and strengthens the foundation for clinical adoption and future commercialization.
This update builds on progress first shared in our August 2025 Mid-Year Update, which highlighted continued momentum across regulatory readiness, partnerships, and organizational growth.

Provision Surgical secured a U.S. utility patent, strengthening protection around our core augmented-reality surgical technologies and reinforcing long-term differentiation as we scale toward commercialization.
In parallel, the company filed an additional provisional patent application, continuing to expand and protect its intellectual property portfolio.
Provision Surgical welcomed Ibrahim Elayan as Director of Quality and Operations. Ibrahim brings deep experience in medical device quality systems, compliance, and operational scale, strengthening the team as the company continues to grow.
Provision Surgical presented at the Peachsore + Dealum Data-Driven Accelerator Demo Day, sharing our vision with investors, partners, and fellow founders. The event marked another opportunity to represent our work and engage with the broader startup ecosystem.
Our team participated in B132 Demo Day, connecting with founders, investors, and community leaders. Events like this continue to strengthen our presence within the regional innovation and MedTech community.
Provision Surgical was invited to participate in an international builder program in Brussels, expanding our global engagement and connecting with XR innovators and industry leaders across Europe.
As we move into 2026, Provision Surgical is focused on strengthening our platform, expanding strategic collaborations, and preparing for the next phase of clinical and commercial progress.
