The team at Salubrum is super excited to provide another round of updates for summer 2024. May - Aug 2024 have been busy but full of progress.

🎯 Strategy

(B2B Offering) - Further developed our Payer offering with the help of Lori (https://www.linkedin.com/in/lori-jennings-49738727/) and Julie (https://www.linkedin.com/in/julie-brown-georgi/)


(B2C Offering) - As mentioned above, we are working with Definitive Healthcare to do some Customer Discovery and subsequent Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) testing.

  • Customer Discovery (completed) - Using Definitive Healthcare's detailed audience data, we built out 7 patient segments matching to our target consumer ICPs. The segments focus on the health conditions that patients are most likely to seek medical tourism for, and are further refined with the demographics, economic profiles, and geographic areas we want to target.


  • ICP Testing (ongoing) - These segments will be targeted in our email campaign, which we will kick off this fall. We look forward to testing into these segments with different creative and messaging to see what works best.

Salubrum will hold a formal pre-seed round in the Summer of 2025, at which time Salubrum will have:

  • Built a functional MVP (on schedule)
  • Conducted Customer Discovery (completed)
  • Tested ICPs (on schedule)


Salubrum requires a further $50,000 USD and 8 months to achieve these milestones.

Budget:

  • $30,000 USD (Definitive Healthcare Data)
  • $2,500 USD (Front + Backend Developers)
  • $1,5000 USD (Design Partners)
  • $8,000 USD (Outbound campaign partner)
  • $8,000 USD (APIs, subscriptions)
