Conversion Rate Optimization is the name of the game right now. If the last six month have been all about building. Next six will be about carefully carving away. A/B testing, click-through rates, page views, etc.

We are currently using Hotjar for monitoring movement but considering FullStory yet the price is steep. Can anyone reading help guide through this dilemma?

Delivery Time. Making a big push to drop the delivery time from 5-7 days to 4-6 days. Before we make this a public policy we will need to commit internally to having an average order turnaround of 6 days.

To this end, ServeScape will continue to move horizontally and vertically before we look to launching the Z-value (new location).

  • Horizontally: Hard material like gravel, stone, and bagged materials, and drop shipping of landscape tools and equipment. To accomplish we have to invest in vehicles like box truck and stake truck.
  • Vertically: With new vehicles we can support larger trees and larger tree orders and thereby be more attactrative to commercial orders.
  • Geographically: Greenville is next. Likely Fall '23 or Spring '24. Lease for our switchyard location and staff is ready to go.


Key Partners: We are continuing our discussion with TruGreen lawn care. They are exploring the option of having a "1-click maintenance" option on the site.

Marketing: We'll be doing a few radio adds on WSB this Spring. Taking a spot that Pikes has absconded after sponsoring for the last 12 years. I feel there is a captured audience there with folks looking for a new way to get their plants.
