Two To Tango is building the future of networking and delivering more of the right business connections at events. Conferences are not longer a game of chance thanks to a machine learning applied to data gathered at virtual and in-person events.

We continue making strides toward our ambitious goals. March has been a month filled with meaningful progress, valuable learnings, and important steps forward. We are excited to share with you the key highlights and developments from the last month.

• Congratulations to Ana N, who joined us as our Admin & Operations lead on March 10th. Her contributions are already making a positive impact across various areas.
• Welcome to Paula R, who joined our team as a QA engineer to enhance the quality of our platform. Her expertise will be instrumental in improving the product experience.
• A special thanks to the entire team for their dedication and hard work during the Madrid Mission with the board of a leading Colombian association (one of our multi-event partners) and the execution of our second Hidden Dinner event, both of which created valuable connections and business opportunities.

• Successfully hosted our second Hidden Dinner, generating strong interest from prospects and identifying 7 new business opportunities.
• Signed our first contract of the year, making a significant step toward achieving our revenue goals.
• Established important relationships with influential Latinamerican leaders during the Madrid Mission, opening potential business opportunities in two main Colombia cities, Cali and Armenia, and even with a prestigious business school looking to leverage Two To Tango for alumni networking.

• The addition of Paula as our QA Engineer is a critical step in improving product quality, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.
• We have initiated negotiations with a client managing approximately 10 events annually in Colombia. This partnership could significantly enhance our presence and credibility within the market.
• We worked on two pilot projects, where Two to Tango served as the directory and communication tool, offering unmatched networking value.

• We are actively searching for a UX/UI advisor. While we are currently in discussions with an experienced product professional and exploring potential collaboration opportunities, budget constraints remain a key challenge.
• As we expand our network, we are proactively looking for introductions to influential figures within the event industry in Colombia, Mexico, and the US. Any referrals would be highly appreciated.

• Significant progress has been made on our B2C onboarding process, enhancing efficiency and optimizing user acquisition.
• We successfully launched version 1.0 of our AI-powered matchmaking feature.
• We continue to work towards an onboarding process that takes less than 90 seconds, aiming for a seamless and user-friendly experience.

• Continue building strategic partnerships with influential organizations, such as business associations and potential clients in Colombia, Mexico and US.
• Focus on improving the quality of our product to enhance user satisfaction and retention.
• Implement a clear roadmap for revenue generation from our collaboration with multi-event partners (Our objective for 2025 is to successfully provide support for 25 events).

• Slow pace in closing new deals, which we are actively working to improve.
• Quality issues in the platform are being addressed through the hiring of a dedicated QA engineer.
• Our pilot account, Sclub is growing at a much slower pace than anticipated, necessitating a more aggressive growth strategy.

• Sales progress: 7.1% of the 2025 revenue target reached by the end of Q1.
• Confirmed events/communities: 7, representing 28% of our target for 2025.
